What has SLRE been up to this summer?
Have you been wondering what we have been doing in the community in 2024, besides helping our clients buy and sell homes? Let's take a look!
In February, we created a movie night at home raffle basket for a local school.
March was for bowling with the MIBOR Bowl-a-Thon to raise money for local scholarships and hanging out with puppies and kitties at Indiana Animal Care Services cleaning out their cages, handing out treats and providing lots of new blankets and treats.
In April we worked with other brokerages to help local elderly with some much needed post tornado yard clean up in Whiteland with the annual MIBOR Spring Into Action
In May, we supported the Gong Show, put on by a local IMPD representative supporting the Diabetes Youth Foundation of Indiana as well as spending the morning at Gleaners Food Bank packing orders for local families so they have access to healthy food for their family.
June was for Strawberries on the Square in Franklin, IN and hanging out with some local heroes and showing them some love via snacks and drinks at the local 91 GFD.
July we had our annual blood drive - this year we were able to impact 60 lives!
In August, we sweated it out with the GPD at the National Night Out with Police - thanks to all who stopped by to see and chat with us!
Last month, we spent a good part of the day with the staff and volunteers of Midwest Food Bank loading up trucks, trailers and cargo vans with pallets of food to go to local food pantries to help feed families.
