MEET STEVE LEW

I am a life-long resident of the south side of Indianapolis.  I am married with 4 beautiful children.  Prior to being in real estate, I was a traveling critical care RN for Community Hospital Network.  I worked for them for 7 years traveling to all of their hospitals located in Central Indiana.  Prior to working as an RN, I worked for Shiel Sexton, one of the largest general contracting firms in Indianapolis.  I started off as an accountant for them and eventually worked my way up to a project engineer for their commercial interiors group.  I've been in real estate for the last 9 years.  I grew my business to become ranked in the top 0.005% among all agents in Central Indiana in terms of sales volume year after year.  For many years I was blessed with growth without advertising my services or paying for leads.  My growth was strictly through referrals of past clients.  More recently we have started to advertise but those leads are for the amazing agents we have been blessed to add to our team in the past couple of years.  I've had several agents ask me how I continue to grow so rapidly and my response is always the same...my clients come first, plain and simple.  I will go above and beyond to make sure they are 100% satisfied.  I truly feel honored to assist clients whether they are buying or selling a $40,000 home or a multi-million dollar home.  All of my clients get treated exactly the same regardless of their budget.
